February 14th and We All Know What That Is . . .

You are so right. It is the 113th anniversary of the original opening of The Importance of Being Earnest on stage in London.

The photograph is from a production I directed in 2004.

On the table is a little urn. That urn has been in every play that I have directed since 1989.

Ah--the plot thickens. Michael has dropped one of his seven veils.
I love the expressions and the tension between between each actor.
