Road Trip - Victoria
This is not a great shot. Just a quick point and shoot. It is my son at his antique desk in the Margaret Atwood Boarding House in Victoria, BC.
He is living the life of the true starving writer waiting to get his break in the literary world. That first published novel had better be dedicated to ME.

may margaret atwood's gifts channel themselves to your boy while he is at work at his desk! as a helpless (compulsive?) bibliophile, let me know when the book is published and I will help 'the cause'... enjoy your vacation. I hope your wish of a dedication will be realized.
I take it-because of the auspicious name; that your son is a recipient of a scholarship of some kind? He must have talent.
Does your boy have a blog? I'd love to read it.
How close is he to completing his book? What genre? Good luck to him.
