House prices have been on the rise and I am a renter. There will be no house purchase for me.
I did, however, espy this quaint fixer-upper. No glas in the windows. No doors. But is does have an aroma.
What is your advice. Should I buy it?

Nice BW photo..
For me it is better to own one (however it may looks) than to rent.. :).
The whites blacks and grays work very well - great shot!
looks like it needs a lot of work.. if you meet the main criteria of owning a home.. meaning, this home is in a perfect location - - (location, location, location), I would do it. It also needs a lot of cash to fix - -so unless you have guaranteed equity on this house... I wouldn't.
BW looks very good, don't have an advice though...
nice shot but is short of sht..
i don't know.. this trees i think..
but gr8 anyway.
and house.. damn! looks pretty cool. you'll have a lot of fun i you but it :- }
yes! go for it lol! anyway why should you buy a house? ;)
Very cool - a lick of paint, some new roof tiles, couple of plants in the garden... :) Thanks for visiting our blog the other day - sorry I'm only getting to yours now. You have some lovely shots here!
yes go for it !
but put windows and a door ;-)
I'd give a couple of pennies for this house. The basement seems solid enough and hey! there's even electricity! :D
And there is a well behind the house. The toilette is indoors but needs a little work. The moose droppings in the front yard are an added bonus.
If you have serious issues with affording housing this could be just the solution. Low price, because you have to renovate. Renovation - invite a couple of friend to bring their own beers and whateveryou put on the fire - fix the house and have a BBQ
