A Photoblog of Michael Rawluk's Journey through life.
And she did. "I live with a drug dealer," she said "and I do not enjoy the life. I am a happy sweet dog but he is trying his best to turn me mean. What can I do?"
I had no answer.

oh Michael, so sad....
adopt her and take her to another city with you, oh I forgot your allergies!
Well at least you played with her, likely made her day!
This breaks my little heart and not just for the dog's sake but for children all over the world who are in unsafe environments. Even for adults, who are in situations that are not to their liking and they don't know how to change it. Or don't dare. Or don't have the recourses. Or are to broken to figure it out.
I am grateful I can't see more of the world than I can--actually I have opened my vision by reading other's blogs and one blog in paticular, well, two, just breaks my little heart again. But both blogs have a good following of supportive people and maybe these people will make a difference in the bloggers lives. Like you did...even if just for a few minutes, to play with a doggie.
You call animal control. Looks like there might still be time for someone to make a pet of him. Excellent shot.
I'm getting a bit tired of saying this is a great shot...but it is. Not only the expression on the dog's face but the off-centre composition , the sand on his nose, the splintered paling, but most especially the colours. The browns of the fence , his coat, his beautiful eyes all sing against the blue wall.
Great detail and comp. I'm glad I came across this one!
this is a beautiful photo. but now i cry...
