Nechako Riverscape

There have been higher than normal snow packs in many parts of the northern half of British Columbia. Warm weather is on the way.

That means floods.

The Nechako is probably going to flood. It will join the Fraser which will probably also be flooding. The result . . . even greater water flow.

Global Climate Change. Do the words sound familiar?

I have a friend who is doing something about it. She is trying to change the way she performs her life. What she is doing will make no difference at all. Right?

Well, the truth is that it will. Maybe a trillionth of a percent of what needs to happen but it is something. If all people did that trillionth and industry and governments did a pro rated amount . . . problem solved.

Sounds easy.
