to me the fact it's in a cemetery makes it even sweeter.... okay, I'm odd
To me it gives a sense of happiness. Maybe because the person that placed it there wants to remember happier times.T
It's to bring joy to the wandering spirits. Unless they hate cats and then it will bring torment and then maybe they will quit wandering and move on, like they should. It's a good thing.
It is such a happy little thing until you realize that it is in a cemetery.
