Do you think Tim Horton ever dreamed that his name would be placed with McDonald's as one of the leading litters of Canada? I am sure he would be so proud.
That is the risk you take once you are born. Your name, your photograph, your words, etc. can be used without your permission to represent all kinds of things, even litter. The alternative is to become a recluse and then the TV New will show up and photograph your house and make you a front-page story.
