as I remember we said we sure hoped we didn't have a smoker next door...but it could be worse he is a nice fella and so far no wild parties spilling into the night all hours with scantily dressed girls and loud guys...why didn't we join them?
I think the fan is a good idea. Just tell him that when he smokes you are going to turn on the fan so you can keep your window open. If you approach it right he shouldn't be offended and you MIGHT get clean air.
By the way, I love the photo. I love red and the white minerals, dripping off it are artistic--looks better all sloppy, better than none at all.

You should get a sign like that... put it on HIS balcony door in the middle of the night.He will never figure out who did it!
