I Couldn't Always Walk On Water
There was a time long ago when the ponds were not hard on top. Ducks and geese could land safely without fear of brain injury. The pond surface rippled when the wind blew.
Lovely image. The last line gave me the chills, being the doom and gloom, end-of-the-world type person that I am as soon as I pick up a pen to write fiction.
You will be in the next book for sure. Let's see, I must give you a purpose? Do you want to be good or bad or just sort of bad? Do you want to be a genetic engineer? Or a horse riding Black Bart? Do you want to save the world or just think about it?
